What are the delivery charges for orders from EmperorTech.us?
At EmperorTech.us, we know that fast, reliable shipment of your merchandise is important to you. We ship many orders the same business day. Orders placed weekdays after 10 p.m. Eastern time (7 p.m. Pacific time), weekends, holidays and orders containing certain large products ship the next business day.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods. These include Visa, Mastercard, Discover Network and American Express.
If you pay using a EuroCard or MasterMoney Card, you payment will be identified as a Mastercard. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than U.S. dollars (USD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within the U.S. can take up to 14 days. But you can expedite your order by opting for our Next Day, 2-Day, Next Business Morning or Saturday Service within the continental U.S. International orders may take longer. Your International order may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays in delivery. Also, some shipments like standard international shipments cannot be tracked.

Updating drivers and software can also fix problems.
