EmperorTech Appoints New Service Manager

EmperorTech Americas appointed today Joseph Nieh as Service Manager for its line of Card Personalization Equipment offered under the EMPEROR® and EmperorTech brands.

Based in Arlington, Texas, Joseph will direct and coordinate all current and future installations and manage all current and future service and maintenance contracts in the Americas.

Prior to joining the EmperorTech Americas team in Arlington, Joseph with a MS in Computer Science from The University of North Texas, had a distinguished career as software & systems engineer for companies including Nortel, Nokia, Rockwell Collins, DSC Communications Systems and General Dynamics, with particular emphasis on software, hardware, integration, test, quality, and configuration/data management.
